As a Property Manager on the Busy Gold Coast for over 25 years I really needed to find a building Team that would work in well with owners and tenants - they just didn’t need to be great builders, but needed to be honest and thorough in reporting building issues, often too interstate and international owners! competitive in pricing, prompt to appointments, with great communication style to both owners, tenants and myself. Joshua and the team from integrity Build are all of this. As a Property Manager to know that my owner is in good hands with there repairs to there investment properties gives me peace of mind and confidence that I can leave it too the experts ! I had been looking for a building team for a while and have had a few hit and misses which is costly to my owners and not ideal long term. Josh and his team have recently completed a full rectification of our deck. We are based in Adelaide and much of the arrangements had to be made remotely. Dealing with Josh was made very easy and upon completion, we managed to get to the Gold Coast to see the finished product. Josh quoted for a large deck to update our tied looking pool area. Quote excepted. Rourke who is a perfectionist, led the team until it was completed ,and the deck is beautiful to walk on and stunning to look at. The lads worked nonstop with smiles on their faces and were quiet and professional every day, really lovely to have them work at my home. In April this year(2024)my wife and I needed some carpentry work done on our house in Banora Point NSW, I had phoned few carpenters in the area left a message on their phone regarding getting a quote to date no response from them,I was talking to a tradie from another trade told him what I wanted done and he suggested that I contact Josh Acason of TA Integrity Builds, I did so and got an lmmediate response, Josh came to our house within 2 days gave us a quote for the work to be done and started the next week The work to be done was to replace all the hand rail and balustrade in the front of our house also to replace the gable on our garage as well as other repairs The work done by Josh and his offsider was 1st. class they put their full time into the job and had it done within a week Josh is an honest well presented well spoken man he explains in full the job to be done and gets onto it so as to complete the job asap and the clean up after the job is completed is excellent. I have no hesitation in suggesting Josh for any carpentry work you need doing ~ Kevin S
