As a Property Manager on the Busy Gold Coast for over 25 years I really needed to find a building Team that would work in well with owners and tenants - they just didn’t need to be great builders, but needed to be honest and thorough in reporting building issues, often too interstate and international owners! competitive in pricing, prompt to appointments, with great communication style to both owners, tenants and myself. Joshua and the team from integrity Build are all of this. As a Property Manager to know that my owner is in good hands with there repairs to there investment properties gives me peace of mind and confidence that I can leave it too the experts ! I had been looking for a building team for a while and have had a few hit and misses which is costly to my owners and not ideal long term. Josh and his team have recently completed a full rectification of our deck. We are based in Adelaide and much of the arrangements had to be made remotely. Dealing with Josh was made very easy and upon completion, we managed to get to the Gold Coast to see the finished product. We were very impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail and very grateful that the trust we had put into them was very much repaid.
